Located on the shores of Knysna Lagoon, this Mediterranean style guest house has spacious rooms overlooking the water. Milkwood Bay features a heated indoor pool and sauna.

Milkwood Bay Guest House has individually decorated rooms with under-floor heating and marble bathrooms. Each unit has a satellite TV and a telephone.

Guests can start the day enjoying a full English breakfast in the dining room or in the balcony overlooking the bay.

From Cape Town:
- On arriving in Knysna (N2), drive right through the town until you see a sight George Rex Drive (just after the 6th set of traffic lights), turn right.
- Follow the road for approximately 3 km.
- Travel over 3 speed bumps. Milkwood Bay Guest House is on your right-hand side.

Fom Port Elizabeth:
- On arriving in Knysna (N2), take the first turning to your left - George Rex Drive.
- Travel over 3 speed bumps. Milkwood Bay Guest House is on your right-hand side.
